FRONT OFFICE PERSONNEL

Front office personnel will be able to provide an important perspective to the Dual Language Immersion (DLI) Leadership Team.

  • They are often the first point of contact with parents regarding the program.
    • If there is a district registration center, we would recommend having a representative from the center's staff on the DLI Leadership Team for these same reasons.
  • The participation of front office personnel will bring their perspective to the decisions that will be made regarding the DLI program and will allow them to learn first-hand why the program has been designed as it is, which will aid them in being able to explain the DLI program to parents.
