DISTRICT ADMINISTRATORS

Business (Finance), Human Resources, Curriculum and Instruction, and Student Services are among those departments/divisions impacted by the launch and implementation of a dual language immersion (DLI) program.

  • Since DLI may be unfamiliar to district administrators, it is critical that they participate the initial learning, discussions, and decisions about moving ahead with the program.
  • They will also be able to contribute their perspectives to the discussions and identify possible implications across departments/divisions that will better prepare the DLI leadership team to make thoughtful, well-reasoned decisions.
