LEADERSHIP TEAM

Districts and schools decide that they will initiate a dual language immersion (DLI) program for many different reasons.

Once the decision is made to move forward with DLI, we recommend the establishment of a DLI Leadership Team, comprised of members from various stakeholder groups.

A member from each of these stakeholder groups listed below can contribute important perspectives and support for the DLI program.

Let’s look closer at each group’s relationship to the DLI program, as well as the contributions and support each may provide for the DLI program.
