TEACHER RECRUITMENT

Teacher recruitment is a priority when planning a new dual language immersion (DLI) program. Administrators need to seek teachers to teach in the program early in the planning year by working closely with their district Human Resources department and by forming partnerships with teacher education programs at local universities.
